Refund policy

Returns We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, not tried on a pet, free of odor, hair, stains, or chew marks, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return Email hello@tesorousa.shop. within 15 days of delivery with: • your order number • reason for return • clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will issue an RMA. Do not ship anything back without an RMA. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back within 7 days.

Return shipping The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and return labels. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.

This applies to U.S. and Canada orders under the same rules.

Non-returnable / final sale We do not accept returns on: • Personalized or custom items • All discounted, sale, or promotional items (final sale) • Gift cards • Items that show pet use, odor, hair, stains, chew marks, missing tags, or used condition

Fit / size If an item does not fit, you may request a return only if it meets the condition standards above. Return shipping is your responsibility. We do not offer free exchanges — place a new order if you want a different size.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items Please inspect your order on delivery. If the item is damaged in transit, defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can resolve it.

Refunds After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method for the amount paid for the item (not the full pre-discount price) within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges: place a new order after your return is approved.
