Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you order.
Which size fits my dog?
Harness sets come in sizes XS to L (11.4–19.3 inch chest). Measure your dog's chest just behind the front legs and compare it with the size chart; if your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one. Our leashes are made for small dogs up to 15.4 lb.
Is the personalized tag included?
Yes. Sets with a harness or collar include a complimentary personalized leather tag in the colour of your set. Choose your initial before adding to cart.
What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn by a pet, and in original packaging with tags attached. Email hello@tesorousa.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos to receive an RMA before shipping anything back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we don't offer free exchanges — place a new order for a different size. Personalized or custom items are final sale.
Can I personalize my order?
Select harnesses and collars include a complimentary personalized leather tag – choose your initial at checkout. Personalized items are made to order and are final sale.
Why choose Tesoro Collezione?

How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. For light dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Don't use household cleaners or wet wipes.
What if it gets wet?
Blot it dry with a soft cloth and let it dry naturally, away from heaters and direct sunlight.
